I called Susan from NYC long before the pandemic and long before we were even in the market to buy a home; we were just scoping areas. She spent so much time talking about the areas we were interested in to help us hone the search while living far away. I knew she was our agent then! Once we were finally ready to buy she was so so so patient with us. We panicked because of the market and acted as much but Susan always had our back. She had or established great relationships with all the listing agents and was creative with offers. And it didn’t take long at all! We’re here in our new home and are so grateful to Susan!
